Excellent customer service! One of the crew members had an injury, but the team contacted me promptly to reschedule. They handled it perfectly and actually arrived even earlier than the original date. Lucie was friendly, respectful of our home, and even took the time to say hello to my dog! I've already booked my appointment for next year. Highly recommend!

Great service all the way through from booking to work carried out. We booked to have our chimney swept and integrity checked to see if we could reconnect a gas fire. Josh and his colleague were really friendly, provided a full integrity report indicating which issues need to be resolved for this to be achieved and explained everything to us in detail. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be using for future sweeps once we have the fire reconnected!

We've used this company every year for our chimney sweep, and they are always excellent. Friendly, polite, professional and incredibly efficient. They arrive on time, get the job done quickly, and leave everything spotless afterwards. It's rare to find a company that's so consistently reliable and provides such great customer service year after year. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable chimney sweep. Five stars every time!

Have been using H Firkins and sons since we got our woodburner. Always prompt, always clean and lovely guys and girl. The office send reminders and updates if the booking beforehand and if there are any problems, they are there to sort it out. Great service, highly recommend and will continue to use.

Excellent service from first booking to the work being done. Very clear communication from the office so I knew exactly what was happening and when. The technician came as booked and did a great job with little fuss. Also to my surprise he rescued a pigeon that had been lodged somewhere inside the chimney. He took it back outside and after a minute it flew off alive and well. Great job and great result for the pigeon. Would certainly recommend and use again.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Darren arrived exactly on time, was incredibly professional and clearly knew his craft inside out. The whole job was done quickly and efficiently — and most impressively, he left absolutely no mess whatsoever. Darren took the time to be informative throughout, which I really appreciated. You could tell he takes real pride in his work. A totally smooth, stress-free experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Darren to anyone needing a chimney sweep. Five stars — well deserved!
